Happy New Year, Team!!!
Just a head’s up for the Powerlifting crew, this week will be a little bit of a deload on Days 1 & 2, and then we’re going to build to some heavy singles on Day 3. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

This January, we are going to do The ❶-❷-❸ Challenge.
While these things might not seem like a big deal, small changes can lead to significant outcomes, so here we go.
Each day, you must do/have each of these things:
❶ 10-15 minute walk
❷ servings of fruits or veggies (at least)
❸ bottles of water
Now, if you are a person who already takes walks every day, maybe you could change your ❶. You might decide to meditate for 5-10 minutes each day. I think I’m going to do both.
And I know we all probably need to eat more veggies and drink more water.
Even if these small changes in the daily routine don’t directly contribute to the BIG goals we’ve written on the board, I do think they’ll help all of us be more intentional about the small decisions we make every day.
