Woodstock Athletics lives within Alive MMA’s 8000 square foot facility. The Functional Fitness area offers more than 4500 square feet of space, complete with a pull-up rig, free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and much more.
The gym has many amenities, including an incredible sauna, a cold plunge, showers, and changing rooms. The MMA gym boasts more than 2000 square feet of mat space, a full boxing ring, and several heavy bags.
Our members have access to everything this amazing facility has to offer.
