I am so proud of everyone who participated in MAX OUT SATURDAY! 💪🏼
We saw some truly amazing lifts, and the day was yet another example of just how great our community is.
We are going to take a break from Barbell Club programming this week; there will be some mobility work on the boards if you’re interested in that.
New cycles will start after Memorial Day.













It’s happening!!!
Come to the gym on Saturday, May 20 at noon to max out any lifts you want! 💪🏼
The energy is going to be INSANE, and you are virtually guaranteed a PR (or 2 or 3).
