WOD: Monday, August 11

Hey Team!

This is a deload week for our main lifts (Squat, Strict Press, and Deadlift) that we’ve been focusing on over the past 6 weeks or so.

We’ll see decreased intensity and volume this week, and I encourage you to use these reps to focus on technical precision with your lifts.

Next Monday, we’ll be doing the CrossFit Total and establishing new 1RMs for these three lifts.

I’m excited to see the progress everyone has made! 💪🏼

WOD & Barbell Club: Tuesday, August 5

Barbell Club: 

We are entering into our final block of this cycle. 

The focus this block is going to be on peaking our strength and getting comfortable with heavier weights on the bar in anticipation of testing our 1RMs in Week 12.

You’ll also notice that the volume of our accessory work is pulled way back so that we can maximize our efforts on the main lifts.
