Just some notes as we enter into the next mini-block: If you maxed your lifts last week, base your percentages off your new max.
If you did not max, add 5-10lbs to the weights you lifted last block.

**IMPORTANT INFO. READ WHOLE POST**
Hey Team!
We are excited to announce that on January 13, APEX PWR will be at the gym with their mobile DEXA Scan unit, providing DEXA Scans to our members.
Here is the link to sign up (available appointments are from 10 a.m. to noon, but they will open up more slots if necessary).
I strongly encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity, as the DEXA is the most accurate way to measure and track your body fat percentage and other important body composition metrics.
Here is what is included:
π― Muscle mass measurement
π― Body fat percentage
π― Visceral fat measurement (fat that surrounds the internal organs which is correlated to heart disease)
π― Limb-to-limb comparison
π― Bone density
The scan only takes about 10 minutes, and you will receive a detailed report with all of your data that you can use to set and track goals over time.
