This past weekend, Sam participated in the Hyrox event in Las Vegas.
True to form, Sam went all in and crushed his goal, finishing the grueling race in just over 90 minutes.

This is our last heavy week before MAX OUT SATURDAY.
Next week will be a deload to allow you to rest and recover ahead of the big day.
We’ve also switched things up a bit and moved our last heavy deadlifts to today. You’ll have deadlifts programmed again, but they will be lighter.
