WOD & Barbell Club: Tuesday, July 8

Hey Team!

BARBELL CLUB is entering into the next phase of this training cycle (weeks 5-8). We’ll be ramping up the intensity and focusing on increasing maximal strength.

Expect heavier lifts and fewer reps.

For the main lifts, you should be working in the 75โ€“85% range and aiming to increase the weight on the bar (within that range) week over week.

The accessory movements are also changing up, so be sure to ask your coach if you have any questions.
