Woodstock Athletics Barbell Club

🚨🚨🚨We are excited to announce Woodstock Athletics Barbell Club!!!🚨🚨🚨

For those of you who want to focus on improving your strength, we are now going to offer TWO ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS.

Each new program will be 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday).

One will be focused on Olympic Weightlifting, and the other will be focused on Powerlifting.

Barbell Club will take place during the 5:30pm group class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and at 11am on Saturdays.

You are also welcome to do these workouts independently, but a coach is guaranteed to be around during the above times.

A few notes about strength training…

💪🏼 It will be hard. The weight on the bar will feel heavy, and you’ll have to move it anyway.

💪🏼 It will be tedious. Your program will likely look pretty similar from one week to the next.

💪🏼 It will require dedication and discipline. You won’t always feel like going to the gym. But you’ll go anyway.

💪🏼 It will be worth it.
