Hey everyone!

On Monday, we will be maxing our Front Squat, Push Press, and Power Clean.

These are the lifts we’ve been focusing on this block, and what better way to kick off our final week in the gym than by setting some huge PRs!?!

Even if you technically no longer come to this gym, I encourage you to come and lift with us ONE LAST TIME.

I hope to see a lot of you on Monday afternoon. 💪🏼

Here is the class schedule for this coming week.

We don’t have a coach for the Wednesday afternoon classes, but all the other classes are covered (even if it’s by Charlie 🙃).

Stay tuned for more info about Sunday’s party and equipment pick-up.

If you have reserved equipment, I will send you an email with a list of items, as well as what you owe.
