Our Strength & Conditioning program is designed to offer a challenging workout for all of our clients, regardless of fitness level.

If you’d like to try a class, your initial drop-in is $20. If you sign up that day, that fee goes towards your first month’s membership. Subsequent drop-ins are $25.
