Today’s workout is a VERY special one. It’s Tom F-S’s birthday, AND it’s his ONE YEAR anniversary at the gym on Thursday! And it’s Joel’s birthday Thursday too!!! So in honor of these three momentous occasions, we’re doing a “Triple Threat” workout. This will be VERY fun.
