WOD: Wednesday, February 16

Deadlift day! This is our last heavy deadlift day before we set new deadlift maxes in a couple of weeks. Don’t worry if these percentages feel very heavy and/or impossible. Next week will be a deload week, and everyone will be primed to hit a new PR on March 1. 🙂
