Hey Team! A new strength cycle starts this week! Weโre dialing in on the CF Totalโback squat, deadlift, and strict press. This week, weโll test our 1RMs. And then, over the next 7โ8 weeks, weโll build strength using percentage-based lifts to help push those numbers higher. See you at the gym! ๐ช๐ผ
