Hey everyone!
On Monday, we will be maxing our Front Squat, Push Press, and Power Clean.
These are the lifts we’ve been focusing on this block, and what better way to kick off our final week in the gym than by setting some huge PRs!?!
Even if you technically no longer come to this gym, I encourage you to come and lift with us ONE LAST TIME.
