Schedule for Week of Oct 13 & Some Other Updates

Hey Team,

Here’s the schedule for this coming week.

There will be no 10am on Monday, Oct 13, and we will have no coached classes on Wednesday, Oct 15.

On Wednesday, there will still be a workout on the board, and you are more than welcome to come in and do it on your own.

Looking ahead, on Monday, October 20, we will be maxing our Front Squat, Power Clean, and Push Press, the 3 big lifts we have been focusing on this block.

Even if you’ve already moved on and are at another gym, please feel free to come to class that day and hit some big numbers on these lifts. I’d love to see you!
