WOD: Monday, June 30

Hey Team!

A new strength cycle starts this week!

We’re dialing in on the CF Total—back squat, deadlift, and strict press.

This week, we’ll test our 1RMs. And then, over the next 7–8 weeks, we’ll build strength using percentage-based lifts to help push those numbers higher.
