This is a transition week for Barbell Club.
The new cycle officially starts next Tuesday; this week’s program will help your body adjust to the higher volume and new accessories that we’re going to see in the new cycle.
Particularly if you just wrapped up the last BBC cycle and tested your maxes last week, you should take it light this week (the percentages are just suggestions).
If you weren’t able to come to MAX OUT SATURDAY, you are more than welcome to test your maxes this week. πͺπΌ
