If you’ve been following along the Barbell Club programming, you’ll notice that this week’s percentages are the same as last week’s.
We are getting REALLY HEAVY as we approach the end of the block, and I want to allow some wiggle room in determining the loads you are using so that you can continue to be successful.
If you successfully hit your numbers last week, add some weight to the bar (up to 90%).
If you didn’t hit the prescribed percentages last week, do the same weights again this week, with the goal of hitting more/better reps.
