
MAX OUT SATURDAY is this Saturday!!!
Barbell Club is in a deload this week, and the lifts in Group Classes have been adjusted to allow you to perform your best this weekend.
If you are planning to truly MAX OUT on Saturday, I’d recommend resting completely on Thursday and Friday. Focus on mobility and recovery, and get ready to smash your lifts on Saturday. 💪🏼
That being said, you are encouraged to test whatever you like on Saturday.
If you want to run an 800m Time Trial, or see how many unbroken double unders you can do, get after it!
And if all you want to do is hang out and eat some food at the potluck, that is also an amazing plan. You don’t have to workout to kick it.
