WOD & Barbell Club: Tuesday, August 13

Barbell Club is starting a new block today.

There will be some new movements, and we will be on a 4 day rotation, so this Tuesday is Day 1; Thursday, Day 2; Saturday, Day 3; and then next Tuesday will be Day 4. Next Thursday will be the next Day 1.
