Hey team! Some updates about the current training block…

During this block, which started last Monday, the skill we’re going to focus on is the kip swing, which follows naturally from the strict pull-up work we did last block.

Coach Dawn has put together a program for this skill work; the first phase is going to focus on finding the correct positions at the front and the back of the kip swing.

Even if you have kipping pull-ups, this will be a great opportunity to improve. your technique and efficiency.

And if you are still working towards kipping pull-ups, this will help you to develop the shoulder strength and stability needed for the movement.

Tomorrow I’ll include some info about the strength focus. 🙂
