Since MAX OUT SATURDAY is this Saturday, this week’s programming looks a little different.
On Tuesday, we’ll be hitting some moderately heavy singles on all three lifts (not maximal, just heavy).
And then on Thursday, we’ll do some very light work.
If you have time to get some extra mobility work in this week, that would be a good idea as well.
