We’ve got some fun stuff coming up over the next few months!
⭐️ In honor of “back to school” season, starting on Monday, we are going to be keeping track of monthly attendance. “Best in Class” will get GOLD STARS! ⭐
💪🏼️ On September 23, we have 3 athletes competing at the USPA Platform Wars powerlifting meet in Corvallis. Melissa, Gertrude, and Sabrina will all be lifting. We will share more details as we get closer to the event.
🎃 We will have our Annual Halloween WOD on October 28.
🏋🏻♀️ The next MAX OUT SATURDAY (and party) will be on November 11.
💪🏼 And finally, Melissa is competing in the IPL World Championships on November 17 in Eugene.
