A few announcements as we head into August:
The 10am class is going to be canceled this Wednesday, August 2, and next Monday, August 7. The workout will be up on the board, so you’re welcome to come in and do it on your own. Thanks for understanding!
Group classes are starting a new training block this week, so that’s exciting! Get ready for some high volume deadlifts to kick things off. 💪🏼
We are going to take a short break from Barbell Club programming; the next cycles will officially start up again on August 28.
If you come to Barbell Club between now and then, there will be workouts for you to do, but this is just going to be a 4 week mini cycle before we start the next major one.
Both the group class cycle and the Barbell Club cycles will culminate with our next MAX OUT SATURDAY on October 29.
We will also (obviously) have our Halloween party that day. So mark your calendars!
