

Our first official Barbell Club cycles culminated yesterday in some incredible displays of strength from all of our athletes. (Meet recap post coming soon…)
And the new cycles start tomorrow!
This next cycle will be 9 weeks long, and both Powerlifting and Weightlifting will now have 4 workouts each week.
At the end of this cycle, we invite everyone to test their lifts at MAX OUT SATURDAY on May 20. (Mark your calendars now!)
Going forward, the Barbell Club programming will be posted on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
I’ll share some insights about the new cycle in another post later this week.
