Hey everyone!

Friday’s Strength piece looks a little different… You’re going to have the option to do some sandbag to shoulder + a sandbag carry OR a yoke walk + goblet squats. You can choose to do 4 of the same thing, or you can do some of both. Either way, the idea is to go immediately from the first part to the second. So if you’re doing the sandbag, you’ll do 3 sandbag over shoulder as fast as possible, and then immediately pick the sandbag back up and carry it the length of the gym. For the yoke, you’ll run the yoke the length of the gym (you can feel free to load it up as you see fit), and then you’ll immediately grab your heavy KB and do 10 goblet squats. Both of these complexes will be taxing muscularly and cardiovascularly. Be prepared. 😃
