Alright team, we’re going to try something new. I am going to stop posting the workouts in advance.

This means that you need to bring all your gear everyday (shoes, jump rope, etc…) so that you are prepared for whatever is on the white board.

The workouts will post at 6pm on the day that we do them, so you’ll be able to see what you missed if you didn’t come in that day.

Let’s see how this goes.
