It’s the most wonderful workout of the year!

The 12 Days of Christmas workout is done just like the song is sung.

1 Bear Complex*.

Then 2 burpee pull-ups + 1 Bear Complex.

Then 3 power snatch + 2 burpee pull-ups + 1 Bear Complex.

And so on…

*Bear complex: (unbroken) 1 power clean + 1 front squat + 1 push press + 1 back squat + 1 push press
