
The “Fall into Fitness” Challenge begins TODAY!!!
We will be doing the Challenge Benchmark Workout in all group classes today (Tuesday), but if you are signed up for the Challenge and can’t make it in on Tuesday, you can make up the workout any day this week.
There will be 3 scores for this workout: the Deadlift, the Row Time Trial, and the Triplet.
We will retest this workout at the end of the Challenge.
