
Happy August, y’all!
Starting this week, you are going to start seeing something new in the programming.
A couple times a week, we are going to have a “Skill” component in our workout. On these days, the warm-up will be slightly shorter, and the “Skill” portion of the workout will function both as practice and exposure to certain movements AND an extended warm-up.
My hope is that this will be an efficient and effective way to give you all more exposure to gymnastics and skill based movements, while at the same time keeping things interesting and challenging.
