WOD: Monday, July 12 & a New Training Cycle

It’s the first day of a new training cycle. Are you excited?!?

This week, we have a couple of benchmarks: “Isabel” on Monday and “Karen” on Friday. Plan your week accordingly if you want to hit both of them.

In this upcoming training cycle, we are going to be doing a lot of work with percentages of our newly established 1 rep maxes for all the lifts.

If you don’t already keep a training log, now would be a great time to start. Write all of your max lifts on the front page, and then you’ll always know exactly how much you should be lifting when percentages are prescribed.

We are also going to focus more deliberately on developing our gymnastics skills (pull-ups, handstands, etc…).

Everyone made huge gains during our last cycle, and we can’t wait to see what you all will accomplish next!
