
IT’S TEST WEEK!
We will be maxing out all of the big lifts this week: deadlift on Tuesday, strict press on Thursday, and back squat on Friday.
If you aren’t going to be able to make it on one of those days, talk with your coach about testing your max on another day.
I really want everyone’s numbers so that we can see how much progress we’ve all made this training cycle.
