Monday, May 24: Today’s WOD, and Some Announcements

Some exciting things are on the horizon, not the least of which is that today is bench press day!

This week marks the beginning of the HEAVY portion of our strength cycle, so you’ll notice that while the rep counts are going down, the weight is going UP! We have 4 weeks of this, then a deload week, and then it’s test week! I could not be more excited to see everyone’s new PR’s.

Also, next Monday, May 31 (Memorial Day), we will have ONE CLASS at 10am. We will be doing “Murph.” For those of you who are new, this is an experience not to be missed. You will be able to scale the workout as needed so that everyone can be successful and have fun. Let’s have a great week!
